RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Our "Safe Arrival" Guarantee
We take immense pride in our packaging. However, we know that sometimes the journey can be rough.
- Damaged on Arrival? If your item arrives broken or damaged, we will replace it at zero cost to you. If Casa Mandala team feels replacement will not be possible, then in such case refund will be made.
- What to do: To help us process this quickly, please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video (without any pause or stoppage while unpacking the package) within 48 hours of delivery and email it to us at 2casamandala@gmail.com. The video shall start from the moment of unpacking the content and shall continue till the damaged product is clearly visible in the video. The damage should be clearly visible.
2. Domestic Returns & Exchanges for all the collections
Because our products are artisan-made, small variations in colour, grain, or finish are not "defects"—they are the fingerprints of the craftsman.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer returns or "change of mind" exchanges on our collection. Returns are allowed only on manufacturing defect or wrong item sent.
- Secure Purchase: We want you to be 100% sure. If you have questions about the colour or texture, please message us for a "real-life" photo or video before purchasing.
- Refunds: For approved defect/damage returns, once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. International Returns & Damages

Change of Mind: Due to the complexities and high costs of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a "change of mind" on international orders. We highly encourage you to reach out to us for real-life photos, videos, or specific measurements before making your purchase to ensure you are 100% confident!
- Damaged on Arrival: We pack our international orders with extreme care, but we know global transit can be unpredictable. If your item arrives damaged, please follow our standard "Safe Arrival" protocol:
- Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
- The video must start from the moment you open the sealed package and clearly show the damage.
- Email the video to us at 2casamandala@gmail.com.
- Note for International Orders: Due to the cost of reverse shipping, for approved international damage claims, we will issue a full refund for the product rather than sending a replacement.
