1. Domestic Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Each order is carefully inspected and packed. Please allow 4-5 business days for us to prepare your items for transit.
• Delivery Timelines: Once shipped, you can expect your order within 5-7 business days (for Tier 1 cities) and 7-10 business days for the rest of India.
• Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a tracking link via email/SMS/whatsapp.

 

4. International Shipping & Delivery

Sharing Our Heritage Globally: We are thrilled to send our handcrafted pieces across the world. Because these items are traveling long distances from our artisans in India to your doorstep, we take extra care in preparing them for their global journey.

• Processing Time: Just like our domestic orders, please allow 4-5 business days for our team to carefully inspect and securely pack your items.
• Delivery Timelines: International transit times vary by destination, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 15-20 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package is handed over to our international courier partners so you can follow its journey.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Every country has its own import regulations. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are not included in the checkout price. * These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. We cannot predict what these charges might be, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
